On Thursday, Rhode Island officials announced that the westbound lanes of the Washington Bridge would have to be demolished and rebuilt. We hear from Political Reporter Ian Donnis on what this means for the thousands who use the bridge every day. Also, the Ocean State is in the middle of a fourth wave of the opioid crisis. Health Reporter Lynn Arditi tells us how dangerous amounts of fentanyl are ending up in other drugs, causing an increase in overdoses. And we talk Sky Kim from Providence restaurant Gift Horse, one of nine Rhode Island semifinalists for James Beard awards. That and more on this week’s episode.
