Rhode Island Philharmonic Orchestra’s Artistic Advisor Bramwell Tovey is an accomplished composer as well as a conductor. The orchestra will play his “Urban Runway” this weekend – a short piece inspired by the fashionable (and not-so-fashionable) people of New York and Los Angeles.
