With legal pot shops springing up in Massachusetts like April daffodils, this looks like the year the Rhode Island General Assembly finally deals seriously with recreational Marijuana. The Public’s Radio political analyst Scott MacKay says Rhode Island ought to follow Massachusetts lead.
