Last week, Rhode Island food business incubator Hope & Main opened a marketplace in downtown Providence featuring fresh and prepared foods from a wide range of local entrepreneurs. The new space marks the Warren-based organization’s first foray into the capital city. Morning host Luis Hernandez spoke about the marketplace with Hope & Main’s president and founder, Lisa Raiola.
