Twin River Unveils Rival Proposal To Run RI Lottery
With less than 24 hours until the first legislative hearing on a proposed contract extension for IGT Global Solutions, Rhode Island’s top gambling-services vendor, rival Twin River announced it has formed a partnership with an out-of-state firm to compete to run the state’s lottery system.
