- 10:39 p.m.: In the five-way Democratic race for the Providence/Cranston seat being vacated by longtime Sen. Josh Miller, The Public’s Radio calls City Council Vice President Lammis Vargas the winner with 35.8% of the vote, followed by Darrèll A. Brown of the Conservation Law Foundation’s RI office with 31.8%, and Melissa Carden with 20%.
- 10:39 p.m.: The Public’s Radio calls Cameron Deutsch the winner of the Democratic primary for State Senate District 17, over competitor Alexander E. Azar, 52.8%-47.2%, for the seat currently held by Sen. Thomas Paolino (R-Lincoln).
- 10:39 p.m.: The Public’s Radio calls incumbent Rep. Robert Phillips the winner of the Democratic primary for State House District 51, with 53.3% of the vote.
- 10:39 p.m.: The Public’s Radio calls Kelsey Coletta, daughter of House Floor Manager Jay Edwards (D-Tiverton), winner of the Democratic primary for State House District 42. Coletta earned 42.5% of the vote, followed by Rep. Edward T. Cardillo Jr. with 40%, and his nephew, Dennis D. Cardillo Jr. with 17.5%.
- 10:39 p.m.: The Public’s Radio calls Rep. Charlene Lima the winner of the Democratic primary for State House District 14, over progressive challenger Giona Picheco, with 56.7% of the vote.

- 8:19 p.m.: Cranston Republican mayoral candidate Barbara Ann Fenton-Fung has conceded to incumbent Mayor Ken Hopkins. Fenton-Fung said she thought she was hurt by a controversial mailer the Hopkins campaign distributed in August, accusing Fenton-Fung of voting in favor of a bill to allow undocumented students to attend the Community College of Rhode Island for free.
