Rhode Island Public Radio (d/b/a The Public’s Radio) is a 501(c)(3) organization. Meetings of the Board of Directors are open to the public. Board meetings are bi-monthly and held on the fourth Wednesday of the month at 4:00 p.m. (excluding holidays). Board meetings may be held in person or virtually via Zoom.
