James Beard semifinalist’s Puerto Rican-inspired cuisine finds an audience in Providence

The James Beard Foundation has nominated three Rhode Island chefs as semifinalists for the honor of best chef in the Northeast region, and we’re featuring each of them this month. So far we’ve heard from Sherry Pocknett of Sly Fox Den Too in Charlestown, and Rob Andreozzi of Pizza Marvin in Providence. Our final entry is chef Milena Pagán of Little Sister, a Puerto Rican-inspired cafe in Providence.
