If elected, what will be the candidate’s top three priorities?

1. Work across the aisle with all parties to arrive at legislative solutions to immigration reform, healthcare, infrastructure, school security, education, and job creation initiatives.

2. Accountability to R.I. families and small businesses, and supporting our local industries, including fishing, tourism, defense, healthcare, manufacturing, and marine.

3. Stopping harassing robocalls and phone scams and holding wrongdoers criminally responsible.

If given the opportunity, how would the candidate vote on Judge Kavanaugh’s appointment to the Supreme Court?

Absent unexpected and damaging information that may arise during the senate hearings, I would vote to confirm Judge Kavanaugh.

What are the candidate’s positions on immigration reform?

I would support comprehensive immigration reform legislation that would include enhanced border security and a more jobs and skills based immigration system. I support stronger border security, but I do not agree with separating families who come here illegally.

Do you support the ACA or should it be repealed or replaced by Medicare for All?

I support more affordable and accessible health care. We can achieve this by supporting more competition and transparency in the health care system to bring down high drug prices and allow people to buy health insurance across state lines. We need to allow the federal government to negotiate lower drug prices and allow industry associations and others to offer health care plans.”
