Rhode Island’s 1st District Congressman David Cicilline returned earlier this week from a visit to Cuba. 

Cicilline was part of the delegation accompanying President Obama, who became the 2nd sitting U.S. president ever to visit Cuba. The first was Calvin Coolidge, in 1928. More significantly, the visit marked a declared end to a lingering vestige of the Cold War.
