Rhode Island’s third-largest city, Warwick, faces growing questions about its budget outlook. To take a wider look at the fiscal health of the state’s municipalities, we sat down last week with executive director of the Rhode Island League of Cities and Towns Brian Daniels. In short, Daniels said the state’s municipalities have show improvement over the last decade, but that more serious concerns could be on the horizon.
