Every year Rhode Island Kids Count puts out one of the most comprehensive collection of data about the health and well-being of the state’s children. This year’s Fact Book reveals progress on several measures, including health care and education. 

But some troubling statistics remain, such as the high number of reported cases of child abuse. For this week’s The Pulse, we speak with Rhode Island Kids Count head Elizabeth Burke Bryant to explore the findings.
