Hearings resume Tuesday in federal court in Boston into the arrests of the wives and husbands of Americans at immigration interviews.
The Justice Department argues Wolf does not have jurisdiction. Wolf said he is inclined to find that he does, but wants to hear more testimony. He has ordered the current and former heads of the Boston office of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement to appear to testify Tuesday.

“This administration is determined to go after people who are trying to get right with the law, who are trying to follow law and order, who are trying to do the right thing,” Segal said.
The Justice Department argues that ICE can arrest people at their immigration interviews.
