In 2004, Vikki Warner bought a three family house in Providence, planning to live in one of the apartments and rent out the other two as a way to pay her mortgage. She quickly found herself in over her head with unexpected repairs and a colorful group of tenants. In the end she learned to love the house and enjoy being a landlady.
