Ben Berke is the South Coast Bureau reporter for The Public’s Radio, where his reporting covers everything that happens between Fall River and New Bedford, from Jasiel Correia’s corruption trial to the plight of groundfish in Buzzard’s Bay. Ben joined the bureau in February 2021, filling the role of Nadine Sebai while she pursues a local investigative project. He previously spent three years reporting on Brockton's court system for The Enterprise, where he investigated prosecutorial misconduct and abuses in low-income housing. His freelance work has appeared in the New York Times, the Boston Globe and the Providence Journal.
