This week Mark and Dave speak to architect is veteran architect Steven Durkee, of the development group Cornish Associates. Various tax incentives have emerged as Providence hopes to develop the vacant I-195 land. Durkee stresses the need for a standardized set of incentives to spur development in all parts of the city.
