This week, Mark and Dave are joined by Providence Business News writer Eli Sherman. Sherman is currently writing a series looking into unfunded pension and benefits liabilities of cities and towns across the state. They discuss the reasons behind these unfunded liabilities, what can be done to fix them and what might happen if they remain unfunded.
