Providence Business News Editor Mark Murphy sits down with Rhode Island Public Radio's Dave Fallon for our weekly business segment, The Bottom  Line.

This week, Mark and Dave chat with journalist Eli Sherman, whose recent article highlights how few women and minorities make it to the upper echelons of the banking industry.

Sherman says many people were reluctant to speak on the record for his story, published in the current issue of Providence Business News. When RIPR invited guests for this program, none of the banking executives we approached took us up on the offer.

When to listen:

You can hear The Bottom Line each Friday at 5:50pm.
